I have a pair of his 805's on order. They should be ready in August. I plan to pair them up with a new pair of GPA 399's. I'll let you know my impression.

Very cool, please let us know.

I was talking with someone recently (Dallas?) who said that he had tried to go over and have a listen, but the fellow was never home, or some such.

Glad to know someone here is actually getting a pair.

Please don't beat me up to bad, but I don't have the cabinets to put them on!

I have 2 pair of 416's all 16 ohm including the 416's and 399's. I was thinking of building a pair of cabinets with the same dimensions as my 846 Valencias but a little taller. To 36 inches. This gives me a cabinet of a little over 8 cu. ft. Crossover at 800HZ. Crossover not determined yet either...

    Suggestions and comments welcome.

Really looking forward to your impressions. I know the old metal originals sure have their following but the pictures of those are just stunning. If they sound good, I might have to sell my mine and get a pair of those.
Nothing like a great big pair of speakers to make your day.
